Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and if you are not completely satisfied and you wish to return it, you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. Please visit our contacts page and send us an email to let us know that you are returning an item and why it is being returned.

Returned products that are not faulty must be returned within 30 days of receipt in an unused condition, complete with labelling, for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Faulty Items

If the item you receive is faulty please contact us immediately after your package arrives via our contacts page to discuss the fault and for the best way to proceed with the return. You can choose to have a refund or exchange (where available) plus we will refund your postage and packaging.

Refunds

We recommend that you send returns via registered post and keep your ‘proof of postage certificate’ as monkey and bo cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in post.

Once we receive the item back into stock, we'll issue a refund for the product to your original payment method.

Items returned after 30 days of receipt will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.
