Availability and pricing
We aim to process all orders from stock. If we have sold out of an item we will adjust the website and we will contact you to offer an alternative or give a refund for the unavailable item(s).
The prices of all products displayed on the website are shown in UK pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery charges.
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
The prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for a set period of time.
Placing Orders
Placing an order could not be easier. When you find something you like click on the item, choose your required size or age range then ‘add to cart’. You can continue browsing our site and add other items to your order, until you are ready to pay. Check on your order at any time by clicking on ‘view cart’.
Once you have finished your selection click on ‘checkout’ which will start the payment process. You will then be re-directed to our secure payment system provided by PayPal, so your credit card details are safe. You do not need a PayPal account and can pay securely using most major credit and debit cards.
You will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete your order including your delivery address.
When you have completed the payment process, your payment will be debited from your credit/debit card or PayPal account and you will be returned to our website. You will be sent a Transaction Confirmation email from PayPal which confirms receipt of your order.
Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email via PayPal confirming that the products you have ordered have been despatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Order Payment
The total cost of your order is the price of the items plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery page and will be confirmed in the checkout section of the order process prior to placing your order. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase.
Payment can be made using those methods supported by PayPal. We do not store your information or payment details on our server.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied. Some goods may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by the manufacturers direct to you.
We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.
We will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our ecommerce engine, our website, place of purchase or the success or level of sales resulting from these.
